As Commercial Fibre Installation Coordinator, you will manage business installations from signed order through activation and billing. You will coordinate Sales, Design, Engineering, Construction, Onboarding, Network Operations, Dispatch, and contractors. The work includes install planning, scheduling, documentation, reconciliation, customer updates, and process improvement across Southern Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate commercial orders through activation while tracking milestones and target dates
- Develop install plans with Design, Construction, Onboarding, and technical teams
- Schedule field work and resolve access or site-contact issues
- Coordinate contractors,



confirm completed work, and address quality concerns
- Reconcile invoices and report installation performance, costs, and risks

Requirements:

- Two to four years in telecommunications, fibre, construction coordination, or operations
- Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, work orders, and invoice reviews
- Robust organization, communication, problem-solving, and customer focus
- Working knowledge of Excel and reporting tools
- College diploma, university degree, or equivalent related experience
