This full time Launch Manager position oversees new product launches and major plant-launch activities. You will coordinate Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams. The work includes APQP, PPAP, capital equipment, and production ramp-up requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of new product launches
- Maintain timelines, milestones, deliverables, and launch-readiness plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and safe-launch activities
- Manage capital-equipment acquisition through installation and commissioning




- Drive projects through PPAP approval and customer acceptance

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline
- Two to three years in automotive manufacturing and project management
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, Run at Rate, and capacity studies
- Experience with manufacturing processes and capital-equipment procurement
- Strong communication, analytical, planning, and organizational skills
