Support fixed income trading operations at Laurentian Bank Securities with settlement control, securities systems, and accurate daily reporting. This is a full-time position.

As an Analyst, Middle Office, you will support traders and sales teams within the institutional fixed income division. Working under the Senior Manager, Middle Office, you will collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Middle Office colleagues. The position provides visibility into an integrated Canadian investment dealer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide internal and regulatory reports for securities activities
- Manage inventory systems including BondOne-DSTS and Fidessa
- Update CMBS, NHA MBS, OTV, and inflation-linked securities data




- Resolve unmatched trades and settlement problems
- Reconcile daily and monthly institutional P&L; reporting

Requirements:

- Three to five years in middle or back office operations
- Excellent understanding of fixed income and equity products
- Knowledge of DSTS, Fidessa, Omgeo, Candeal, or Arrow
- Professional ethics, accuracy, and robust attention to detail
- Excel proficiency; VBA knowledge is an asset
