This newly created Planning Manager position converts forecasts, sales input, and live orders into executable plans. You will operate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, lead S&OP;, and coordinate requirements across manufacturing, assembly, and distribution locations. The role connects Sales, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Consolidate forecasts, market trends, history, and customer input
- Lead weekly and on-demand planning cadences
- Own MPS, MRP, production, and assembly plans
- Plan replenishment, transfers, inventory policies, and requirements




- Lead Procurement and develop Planning and Procurement teams

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Management
- Five-plus years in demand, supply, production, or inventory planning
- Business Central or comparable ERP/MRP planning experience
- Advanced Excel modeling, lookups, pivots, and planning workbooks
- Hands-on S&OP; and multi-site network experience
