As a licensed Tool and Die Maker or Mold Maker, you will maintain equipment and facilities at a 24-5 automotive parts manufacturing facility. Your work supports secure, effective production for Leggett Dynamics, a designer and manufacturer of seating support and comfort systems. The facility is USW unionized.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read engineering drawings, blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T; specifications
- Operate manual and CNC lathes, mills, and grinders
- Fabricate, repair, assemble, and test tooling
- Diagnose damaged tooling and restore production quality
- Maintain repair logs and preventive maintenance schedules

Requirements:

- Valid 430A Tool and Die Maker or 431A Mold Maker license
- At least two years in a precision tool shop
- Precision machining experience with manual and CNC equipment
- MIG and TIG welding experience for repair and fabrication
- Blueprint reading, GD&T;, and precision metrology skills
