As an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Broker, you will service and grow a personal insurance portfolio. The work includes client needs assessment, policy servicing, insurer marketing, and coverage explanations. Applied Systems Epic and Microsoft 365 support accurate, responsive brokerage operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Auto, Home, Condo, and Tenant insurance clients
- Process new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and changes
- Assess needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Market risks and negotiate coverage and premiums with insurers




- Maintain accurate records and respond professionally to inquiries

Requirements:

- Minimum two years in Personal Lines Insurance Broking
- Daily hands-on proficiency with Applied Systems Epic
- Solid Microsoft 365 proficiency, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams
- Solid understanding of personal insurance products
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
