Parts Road Salesperson

We are seeking a motivated Parts Road Salesperson to join our team and service customers throughout rural Manitoba. This role is ideal for a self-driven individual who enjoys building relationships, working independently, and growing sales within an established territory.

Position Overview

The Parts Road Salesperson will be responsible for promoting and selling parts to existing and new customers, maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to increase market share.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Promote and sell parts to retail, commercial, and fleet customers
- Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base
- Provide product knowledge and solutions tailored to customer needs
- Follow up on quotes, orders, and customer inquiries




- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Base salary plus commission
- Company vehicle provided

Qualifications

- Previous sales experience (parts or automotive industry experience is an asset)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with good time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently while representing the company professionally
