You will work with operations, quality, maintenance, and technical teams to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and implement sustainable solutions at the Alliston site.

You will drive projects safely, on time, and within scope while improving productivity, reliability, quality, and cost performance. Robust communication and documentation skills are essential.
