Apply licensing compliance expertise with CPSBC as a full-time contract Compliance Monitor supporting applicants, licensees, and external partners. Conduct file reviews and audits.
Reporting to the compliance supervisor, licensing, this temporary Compliance Monitor supports compliance with CPSBC legislation, Bylaws, policies, and standards. The position provides licensure guidance, reviews Annual Licence Renewal Form responses, documents details, and generates licensing reports. It also supports informed decisions involving confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and audit licensee files for supporting information
- Provide support throughout application and annual renewal processes
- Communicate requirements and document applicant and licensee details
- Draft correspondence for licensing leaders
- Monitor follow-up activities and licensing deadlines
Requirements:
- Relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge of regulation or CPSBC policies is an asset
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge, including Access and Excel
- Excellent communication and confidential information judgment
