Your Responsibilities

- You'll design and develop bilingual Power BI dashboards, reports and semantic models that translate complex data into actionable insights.
- You'll build reusable data models, advanced DAX calculations and self‑service analytics solutions using data from Azure Synapse and Microsoft Fabric.
- You'll create accessible, high‑performing visualizations and meaningful KPIs tailored to English- and French‑speaking audiences.
- You'll collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate technical feasibility and deliver effective reporting solutions.
- You'll implement data security configurations, conduct integration testing and validate data quality and accuracy.




- You'll troubleshoot performance issues, maintain reporting solutions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- You'll prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Skills and Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience developing Power BI reports, dashboards and bilingual semantic models.
- Strong expertise in Power BI, advanced DAX, semantic data modelling, star schemas and data integrity validation.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Synapse or Microsoft Fabric environments.
- Hands‑on experience implementing multilingual Power BI solutions using Field Parameters, translated metadata and dynamic language selection within a shared semantic model.
- Proven ability to create accessible, visually engaging dashboards and translate complex data into meaningful KPIs.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
