About the Role

Our client, a dynamic and rapidly expanding real estate investment group, is seeking a driven and resourceful Remote Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to identify and secure profitable investment properties. This role is critical to the company's growth strategy, focusing on sourcing off-market deals, evaluating investment potential, and negotiating acquisitions across South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for opportunity, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.

We are looking for a self-starter with a deep understanding of property valuation, market analysis, and deal structuring. This is a fully remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while playing a key role in expanding our client's property portfolio. Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and source off-market real estate investment opportunities through various channels, including direct outreach, networking, and data analysis.

Conduct thorough due diligence on potential acquisitions, including property inspections, title searches, zoning analysis, and financial feasibility studies.

Analyze market data, comparable sales, and rental rates to determine accurate property values and potential ROI.

Develop detailed financial models and investment proposals for prospective acquisitions.

Negotiate purchase agreements, terms, and conditions with property owners and their representatives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, brokers,



and other relevant industry professionals.

Collaborate closely with internal legal, finance, and project management teams to facilitate smooth transaction closings.

Stay informed about market trends, investment strategies, and regulatory changes impacting real estate acquisitions.

Manage a pipeline of potential deals and maintain accurate records of all acquisition activities.

Contribute to the development and refinement of the company's acquisition strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate acquisition, investment analysis, or a related role.

Proven track record of identifying and successfully closing real estate deals.

Strong understanding of property valuation methods, financial modeling, and investment analysis.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in real estate CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain productivity in a remote setting.

A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a high degree of initiative.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of various property types and investment strategies is a plus.
