Develop and lead teams of developers, lead developers, software developers in test and quality assurance analystsDevelop and communicate a clear, strategic vision and project goalsDetermine projects schedules, monitor timelines and ensure that milestones and goals are metContinually collaborate with Product Management and technical leadership to validate plans and ensure delivery of effective solutionsLead the team through the evolution of software development practices, including the adoption of AI-assisted development tools and workflowsOversee and facilitate efficient agile practicesHelp teams identify, evaluate and implement practical uses of AI to improve engineering productivity,
