Position

SummaryWe’re hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer to build and maintain enterprise-grade applications across our Java and modern frontend stack. You’ll also bring strong, practical AI skills, using AI coding assistants and agents every day to design, build, test, and ship. It’s a great fit for a developer who thrives in fast-paced, agile environments and enjoys learning from and helping teammates.

Design, build, and maintain features across the full stack using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and React. Work hands-on with AI coding assistants and agents in your daily development, from implementation through testing, code review, and debugging. Write automated unit and integration tests for the functionality you develop.

Document and test APIs using Postman and Swagger.



Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, staging, and production. Contribute to code reviews, technical design discussions, and team best practices, including how the team uses AI tools. you consistently ship well-tested features that meet requirements and land on time Code quality : AI-assisted development : you use AI coding tools and agents effectively and safely, and share what works with the team Testing : automated unit and integration tests cover the functionality you build API quality : the APIs you build are well documented and tested through Postman and Swagger you help identify and resolve issues across development, staging, and production A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Strong, hands-on use of AI in software development: coding assistants and agents (e.Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor), agentic workflows, and AI-assisted testing, debugging, and code review.

Good judgment on AI output: knowing when to trust it, how to verify it, and how to keep code quality, security, and maintainability high Solid proficiency in Java and the Spring / Spring Boot framework Hands-on experience with AWS, including EC2, S3, SNS, Secrets Manager, and Cognito Working knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and DynamoDB Experience with API design and testing (Postman, Swagger) and testing automation,



including automated unit and integration tests Familiarity with DevOps tools and automation frameworks such as Ansible. Knowledge of monitoring tools such as CloudWatch and Datadog. Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

Position

Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, during normal core business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

CompensationThe good faith compensation range for this role is $125,000 - $135,000 CAD annually. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The performance of additional responsibilities if you are designated as a Data Protection Champion (DPC), Senior Information Risk Owner (SIRO) or Information Assurance Accounting Officer (IAAO).

This position operates in a qualified office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
