Lead full-cycle recruitment as a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Burnbrae Farms, using direct sourcing and hybrid work from Mississauga two days weekly.

This permanent, full-time position reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition. You will manage skilled-level hiring across assigned client groups, advise hiring managers, and build candidate pipelines. The work emphasizes agency recruitment experience, proactive outreach, and organized requisition management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own searches from kickoff through offers and reference checks
- Build sourcing strategies and identify candidates through online tools
- Conduct intake meetings and advise hiring managers on best practices
- Maintain applicant records and provide weekly pipeline updates




- Support recruiting efforts and participate in required projects

Requirements:

- Minimum four years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- At least three consecutive years in a recruitment agency
- Experience managing more than 20 active requisitions simultaneously
- Strong screening, interviewing, sourcing, and passive-candidate engagement skills
- Previous ATS experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
