Apply Python and first-principles modeling to industrial customers’ bioprocess and biologics manufacturing challenges. Support AI-driven solutions across technical and operational environments.

As a Principal Process Development Engineer, you will combine engineering, customer collaboration, data analysis, and technical problem-solving. Analyze process and production data, develop models and workflows, and translate findings into practical outcomes. Work with stakeholders across engineering, operations, product, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support customer deployment and adoption of platform solutions
- Lead onboarding across technical and operational environments
- Analyze process datasets for bottlenecks and optimization opportunities
- Develop models, simulations,



and workflows using Python
- Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements:

- Five to seven years in manufacturing or process engineering
- First-principles modeling experience in bioprocesses and biologics manufacturing
- Experience modeling cell culture or microbial fermentation
- Ability to calibrate and validate mechanistic models
- Experience with MATLAB, Python, or similar platforms preferred
