Lead Affinity’s enterprise systems with expertise in cloud infrastructure and disaster recovery. This role oversees core operations and supports strategic improvements.

As IT Infrastructure Manager, you will guide infrastructure operations, business continuity, and key initiatives. The position includes data center infrastructure, incident management, system monitoring, asset management, and infrastructure remediation. You will also coordinate projects with business and IT stakeholders while leading Infrastructure and Communications teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead infrastructure changes across data centers, cloud, and incident management
- Support the IT strategic roadmap and identify operational improvements
- Maintain the IT Disaster Recovery Plan and conduct exercises
- Oversee monitoring, asset management, and infrastructure services remediation




- Coordinate projects, communication, execution, and documentation with stakeholders

Requirements:

- Related post-secondary diploma or degree and seven years’ experience
- Advanced enterprise server, storage, virtualization, and cloud workload knowledge
- Intermediate Microsoft 365 platform and administration understanding
- Ability to research leading practices and implement cutting-edge processes
- Ability to lead, coach, develop, and hold employees accountable
