Lead global clinical trial operations at Alimentiv, applying ICH-GCP expertise and monitoring oversight across regional and global studies.

As a Senior Clinical Operations Lead, you will oversee clinical operations throughout the study lifecycle. Your work spans site start-up, monitoring, recruitment, documentation, performance metrics, and issue escalation. You will guide Clinical Operations Leads and Clinical Research Associates while collaborating with Clinical Project Management, Sponsors, investigative sites, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide regional and global oversight across assigned clinical studies
- Guide, train, and mentor COLs and CRAs
- Oversee monitoring schedules, reports, recruitment, and essential documents
- Lead feasibility, site selection,



and study start-up activities
- Escalate risks and support corrective actions with stakeholders

Requirements:

- Approximately 7–9 years of relevant clinical research experience
- Three years of CRA experience and two years leading operations
- Solid knowledge of ICH-GCP and applicable regulations
- Experience reviewing reports, deviations, metrics, and operational risks
- EDC experience and Microsoft Office proficiency
