Support high-volume manufacturing onsite in Ancaster as a Millwright specializing in mechanical systems, equipment repair, and troubleshooting. Shift schedules include days, afternoons, evenings, continental shifts, and weekends.

Johnson Electric seeks a Millwright for replacement, current positions, and its future pipeline. You will maintain, repair, refurbish, install, and start production and test equipment. The work involves hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, controls, CNC, PLC, robotic, and automated assembly systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain production equipment and facilities under safety standards
- Repair, debug, install, and start up automated equipment
- Diagnose mechanical systems, tooling, and production systems
- Complete planned maintenance and emergency breakdown responses




- Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent
- One to five years industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Hands-on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical knowledge
- Ability to interpret drawings, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ability to perform physical equipment maintenance requirements
