As a Financial Solutions Associate, you provide non-licensed investment education, savings guidance, and credit support. You conduct discovery conversations, identify member priorities, and connect needs with suitable products or licensed specialists. The role supports financial wellness through proactive follow-ups, digital adoption, and accurate CRM documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct discovery conversations about goals, priorities, and financial milestones
- Provide guidance on RRSPs, TFSAs, RESPs, GICs, and term deposits
- Support budgeting, emergency savings, debt reduction, and credit strategies




- Refer members to licensed specialists when appropriate
- Document interactions and coaching notes accurately in CRM systems

Requirements:

- Two to four years in advisory or retail financial services
