This six month contract requires advanced pharmacotherapy knowledge and clinical reasoning. The Pharmacist evaluates complex cases, identifies drug therapy issues, and recommends therapeutic approaches. The role also supports medication access, continuity of care, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver complex pharmacy practice assignments
- Evaluate patient cases and identify drug therapy issues
- Recommend optimal therapeutic approaches for complex cases
- Coordinate medication access with prescribers and clinical teams
- Refine procedures, protocols, and patient education standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent experience
- Six or more years of relevant pharmacy experience
- Current pharmacy license in the applicable jurisdiction
- Master’s degree or advanced clinical training preferred
- Relevant pharmacy specialty certification preferred
