Kelly Services is recruiting a Licensed 433A Millwright for a client’s night shift maintenance team. Use experience with conveyor systems, fabrication, welding, and mechanical power transmission equipment. The role supports equipment reliability and continuous plant operations through skilled troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance. Several years of post-certification industrial maintenance experience are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and repair conveyor and material handling equipment
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance activities
- Replace bearings, gearboxes, motors, pulleys, chains, and belts




- Complete fabrication, welding, and equipment modifications
- Respond to breakdowns and perform root cause analysis

Requirements:

- Valid 433A Industrial Mechanic Millwright License
- Several years of post-certification industrial maintenance experience
- Conveyor systems and mechanical power transmission expertise
- MIG, stick welding, and oxy-acetylene cutting proficiency
- Fabrication, rigging, hand tool, and power tool experience
