As Senior Project Manager, you direct large, complex projects across northern and remote regions. You own scope, budgets, cash flow, contracts, scheduling, risk, and go/no-go decisions. You also guide Project Managers and coordinators while maintaining relationships with clients, utilities, Indigenous partners, contractors, and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own strategy, business cases, phasing, and execution plans
- Approve budgets, forecasts, cash decisions, and scope changes
- Negotiate contracts, payment terms, change orders, and disputes
- Coach project teams and secure cross-functional resources




- Deliver reporting, safety planning, and lessons learned

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Eight-plus years managing construction projects
- Senior decision-making experience on large, complex projects
- Solid contracts, cost control, forecasting, scheduling, and ERP skills
- Valid driver's license and remote-site travel availability
