Lead technician dispatch and repair quality onsite at Brandt Tractor Ltd’s Winnipeg Material Handling location as a full-time Service Foreman.

This Foreman organizes daily service operations, supports technicians, and helps the department achieve efficiency and productivity. The position combines customer communication, repair oversight, diagnostic guidance, training coordination, and safety leadership. Brandt operates across Canada, the USA, Australia, and Recent Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assign jobs and work orders according to technician skills
- Provide quotes, estimates, and professional customer communication
- Review repairs and approve completed equipment for delivery
- Guide technicians through diagnostics and repair inquiries




- Coordinate training, tooling, safety meetings, and housekeeping

Requirements:

- Three or more years as a Service Technician
- Journeyperson certification considered an asset
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate others
- Microsoft Office and standard desktop application proficiency
- Effective communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
