Maximize equipment reliability in Mississauga with hands-on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and root-cause analysis at MAD Elevator.

As a Manufacturing Reliability Specialist, you will improve equipment availability and performance across MAD’s facilities. The work combines manufacturing engineering, industrial maintenance, CMMS management, and continuous improvement. You will partner with Production and other departments to reduce downtime, prevent recurring failures, and extend equipment life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair production equipment breakdowns internally when appropriate
- Lead root-cause analysis for major and recurring failures
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules, inspections, and operator checklists
- Maintain CMMS records, work orders, and equipment histories




- Coordinate maintenance priorities with Production and other departments

Requirements:

- Three to five years in manufacturing engineering or equipment reliability
- Hands-on experience diagnosing industrial manufacturing equipment
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, TPM, and reliability practices
- Experience with CMMS and Microsoft Excel or similar software
- Mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, or related technical education preferred
