This Staff Security Engineer role serves ServiceNow’s Enterprise Security organization. You will harden infrastructure, automate security operations, and coordinate remediation across large-scale environments. The work spans on-premises, cloud, and isolated infrastructure, with compliance against CIS and NIST baselines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engineer, harden, and operate security controls across infrastructure
- Build automation and infrastructure-as-code for security operations
- Drive remediation and track CIS and NIST compliance
- Support identity, vulnerability, logging, and cloud security tooling




- Produce operational and executive security posture reporting

Requirements:

- Eight-plus years’ security engineering or systems administration experience
- Robust Linux, Windows, Active Directory, and LDAP skills
- Python plus PowerShell or Bash automation proficiency
- Terraform, Ansible or Puppet, CI/CD, and Git experience
- Canadian citizenship or permanent residency and Canada-based work
