Staff Plus is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager reporting to senior HR leadership. You will advise senior leaders, guide HR operations, support organizational change, and develop talent initiatives. The role combines business acumen with hands-on leadership across a growing manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and direct experienced HR professionals
- Partner with operations and senior organizational leaders
- Guide investigations, performance, attendance, discipline, and terminations
- Drive engagement, communication, retention, and leadership effectiveness




- Ensure Ontario employment legislation and policy compliance

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- CHRP designation required; CHRL preferred
- Progressive human resources leadership experience
- Direct experience supporting manufacturing operations
- Expertise in employee relations, investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution
