About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of native iOS and Android applications.
- Architect robust and scalable mobile application solutions.
- Mentor and guide a team of mobile developers, fostering best practices and code quality.
- Collaborate with product managers and UI/UX designers to define and implement new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both platforms.




- Oversee the app store submission process and post-launch updates.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the development team.
- Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mobile application issues.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in mobile application development, with demonstrable expertise in both iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java).
- Proven experience leading a team of mobile developers.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVC).
- Experience with cross-platform development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter) is a plus.
- Proficiency in version control systems (Git).
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles for mobile applications.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities in a remote environment.
