Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and freight forwarding industry, is seeking a Business Development Executive – Freight Forwarding & Logistics to join their team. As a Business Development Executive – Freight Forwarding & Logistics, you will be part of the Business Development department supporting the logistics operations team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Development Executive – Freight Forwarding & Logistics

Location: Brampton, ON

Pay Range: $90,000 – $100,000/year + Commission

What's the Job?

- Generate new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts
- Meet with clients regularly to present logistics solutions and services
- Build strong relationships with decision makers and key customers
- Prepare quotations, proposals, RFQs, and contracts
- Promote a full range of logistics services including air freight, ocean freight, ground transportation, customs brokerage, warehousing, and insurance services

What's Needed?

- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation
- Solid understanding of international shipping and logistics services
- Experience in both account management and business development preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills




- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
