Lead resident care services at AgeCare through clinical nursing expertise, leadership, and person-centred care in a long-term care residence.

The Resident Care Manager reports to the Director of Care and oversees resident care operations. This leadership role covers assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation aligned with provincial standards, guidelines, and regulations. You will support care staff, resident transitions, medication processes, and daily residence management when senior leaders are absent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and orient qualified care team members
- Provide feedback and enforce policies, procedures, and standards
- Complete probationary and annual staff performance appraisals
- Oversee resident move-ins, assessments,



and care conferences
- Assume department or residence management responsibilities when required

Requirements:

- At least five years of progressive clinical nursing experience
- At least five years of leadership experience
- Knowledge of applicable provincial legislation and standards
- Experience caring for residents with dementia
- Current provincial registration, BLS or CPR certification, and English fluency
