Support IS infrastructure governance and project reporting as an Analyst with EPCOR in Edmonton, Alberta. This full time permanent position uses analytical skills daily.

Within EPCOR’s IS Infrastructure Project Management Office, you will coordinate governance, financial reporting, project tools, and contractor resources. The position works with infrastructure teams, business units, corporate departments, project managers, stakeholders, and external vendors. You will help maintain project lifecycle processes, identify governance gaps, investigate issues, and recommend practical solutions. Your work supports informed decision-making while balancing operational priorities and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform governance reviews, audits, compliance checks, and project health reporting
- Administer project management tools, permissions, templates, and documentation
- Coordinate financial reporting, reconciliations, discrepancies,



and contractor time reports
- Manage contractor postings, interviews, onboarding, offboarding, access, and extensions
- Coach teams on PMO processes, governance, tools, and reporting expectations

Requirements:

- Diploma in Business Administration, Information Systems Management, or related field
- Four-plus years of PMO, project controls, governance, or coordination experience
- At least two years supporting information technology infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of accounting, project methodologies, governance, reporting, and lifecycle processes
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel macros and pivot tables
