Reporting to the Director of Finance, this Finance Manager oversees financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. The scope covers Los Angeles, New York, and Canadian business units. You will monitor profitability and support strategic decision-making across assigned operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead monthly financial reporting and performance commentary
- Oversee annual budgeting and periodic forecasting workflows
- Monitor revenue pipelines, P&L; tracking, and cash flow
- Manage and develop a team of three direct reports




- Improve reporting systems, databases, and financial workflows
