As a Pharmacist on Sobeys Inc.’s national pharmacy team, you will support patients across banners including Sobeys, Safeway, Thrifty Foods, Foodland, Lawtons Drugs, and FreshCo. Your work includes disease state management, adherence support, health risk assessments, and injections or vaccines. You will tailor education to patients and caregivers while supporting safe prescriptions, documentation, and skilled programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide compassionate, patient-centered clinical pharmacy care
- Counsel patients and caregivers about new therapies
- Initiate care plans, follow up, and document properly




- Complete medication reviews, assessments, injections, and vaccines
- Maintain prescription safety and delegate technical functions appropriately

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing provincially
- Injection and First Aid Certification
- Kroll software experience preferred
- Current knowledge of pharmacy regulations and practice
