As Director, Procurement, you will design and run procurement across network, technology, operations, and corporate spend. You will establish source-to-contract and procure-to-pay processes, develop the team, and create governance supporting scalable execution. Reporting to the Vice President, Strategic Supplier Partnerships, you will serve as Xplore’s senior authority on sourcing, contracting, and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define procurement’s target operating model and implementation roadmap
- Design source-to-contract and procure-to-pay processes
- Build the team, capabilities, career paths, and standards




- Establish governance, controls, policies, and reporting
- Implement procurement technology integrated with ERP systems

Requirements:

- 10+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience
- 5+ years leading procurement functions or major category portfolios
- Experience transforming functions, systems, processes, and governance
- Proven complex negotiation and measurable savings delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
