As a Personal Finance Advisor, you develop trusting business relationships with individual members and businesses. You listen to financial needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and balance satisfaction, profitability, business objectives, and prudent risk management. You collaborate with partners and experts on integrated strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise members and clients on appropriate financial strategies
- Identify expected results with members and clients
- Manage relationships and assess satisfaction and service quality
- Monitor industry developments, market trends, and best practices
- Represent the caisse through community outreach activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum one year of relevant experience
- Mutual fund representative certificate from Autorité des marchés financiers
- Knowledge of French is required
- Other qualification and experience combinations may be considered
