JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Data Developerat UbisoftMontreal, you will join the Player Domain within the Ubisoft Data Office. You will design, build, and deliver reliable data pipelines that meethigh standardsofquality,performance, andmaintainability, from technical specification to live deployment. Working closely with architects and partners, you will ensure data solutions support product strategy and real usage.

Whatyou’ll do

- Develop andmaintaindata pipelineswith a strong focus on quality, performance, and reliability
- Translate product analysis into technical specificationsin collaboration with business analysts
- Partner with architectsto design efficient data models and tables that accelerate time to insight
- Design andmonitordata quality indicatorsto ensure data integrity and consistency
- Create andmaintaintest documentation, including unit and functional tests




- Monitor production environmentsand contribute to operational stability
- Communicate progress clearly, adapting messages to different audiences
- Identifyand resolve issues proactivelyusing a structured problem-solving approach
- Align data solutions with product strategyand business usage

QUALIFICATIONS

What you bring to the team

- Advanced SQL skillsfor data analysis and transformation
- Robust experience withPySparkin data processing workflows
- Hands-on experience with cloud data platformssuch as Databricks or Snowflake
- Proficiencywith Gitfor version control and collaboration
- Experience defining data quality indicatorsand validation processes
