As a Multidisciplinary BIM Coordinator, you will consolidate discipline-specific models for infrastructure, rail, and transportation projects. The work includes BIM coordination, model validation, and stakeholder communication. You will help maintain compliant BIM outputs throughout project phases for the ALTO high-speed rail project connecting Quebec City and Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:

- Integrate discipline-specific BIM models into federated project models
- Perform clash detection and communicate conflicts to design teams
- Lead BIM coordination meetings and document technical decisions
- Maintain models according to requirements,



standards, and BEP
- Monitor coordinated model progress and BIM-related project risks

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, construction, BIM, or related field
- Five-plus years coordinating multidisciplinary BIM projects
- Experience with federated models, clash detection, and model validation
- Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD, exchange formats, and BEP
- French and English communication skills with BIM tool proficiency
