The work spans residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, healthcare, and mixed-use projects. You will manage clients, projects, technical deliverables, and junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide building code and fire life safety consulting services
- Develop practical compliant code strategies for project goals
- Review design documents and identify code-related considerations
- Prepare code analyses, reports,



and alternative solutions
- Manage scopes, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and communications

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline
- Five-plus years in building code or related consulting
- P.Eng. registered in Alberta or eligible immediately
- Knowledge of National Building Code Alberta Edition
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
