Lead Revenue Operations at Riva from Edmonton, applying forecasting and Business Intelligence to scale a B2B SaaS revenue engine.

As Director of Revenue Operations, you will lead an enterprise-wide function and team. You will govern forecasting, KPI measurement, process architecture, and systems strategy. Your work will connect Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, IT, and executive leadership. Riva needs a leader who can diagnose performance, establish operating discipline, and translate complex data into decisions. You will support predictable execution across the customer lifecycle while improving trusted information and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate growth objectives into revenue plans and operating metrics
- Lead forecasting, pipeline, bookings, ARR, retention, and productivity cadence
- Develop executive KPI frameworks, dashboards,



and self-service Business Intelligence
- Own Lead-to-Invoice processes, governance, controls, and continuous improvement
- Build and develop Riva’s Revenue Operations team

Requirements:

- 10+ years in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations
- Meaningful leadership experience within B2B SaaS
- Experience scaling organizations from approximately $20M ARR through $75M+ ARR
- Solid forecasting, analytical, financial, and commercial capabilities
- Technical fluency with Salesforce and revenue technology ecosystems
