As Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning & S&OP;, you will lead the Canadian planning organization and its core processes. You will guide a planning team, connect commercial inputs with executable supply plans, and align stakeholders across functions and global teams. The role supports consumer goods operations through forecasting, inventory management, innovation launches, regulatory projects, and co-pack planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Canadian planning cycle and executable supply plan
- Lead monthly Sales & Operations Planning alignment
- Develop accurate forecasts and improve forecast bias
- Support innovation launches, relaunches,
and regulatory projects
- Balance inventory, service levels, and working capital objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or operations
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience
- Experience leading demand planning and S&OP; or IBP
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Forecasting, inventory management, and planning expertise
