Reporting to the Enterprise Architect, you will own how software engineering is practiced across Dexterra. The work combines technical leadership, architecture, stakeholder management, and process improvement. You will align development teams, technology partners, and business stakeholders while strengthening internal software engineering and AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish standards, processes, and expectations for software engineering
- Coordinate dispersed teams around design, development, and delivery practices
- Improve security, scalability, maintainability, and delivery discipline




- Lead microservices and API-first modernization for enterprise platforms
- Provide visibility into decisions, dependencies, risks, and progress

Requirements:

- Eight-plus years of software engineering experience
- Three-plus years in team or technical leadership
- Degree or diploma in a related technical field
- Knowledge of cloud engineering, CI/CD, DevOps, and cybersecurity
- Experience with enterprise integrations and AI/ML or LLM solutions
