On the Fulfillment Data Science team, you will address marketplace questions involving speed, reliability, cost, and customer experience. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations while working with machine learning models and rich data. Your recommendations will influence roadmaps and leadership decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Shape how customers choose delivery and pickup options
- Own speed and service option experimentation across marketplaces
- Design and analyze rigorous two-sided marketplace experiments
- Measure tradeoffs affecting speed, reliability, cost, and experience




- Build metrics, automation tools, and analytical frameworks

Requirements:

- Five-plus years in a quantitative product or research role
- Complex, productive SQL and Python or R coding skills
- Experience owning ambiguous cross-functional problems end to end
- Ability to design scientifically sound experiments
- Ability to translate business needs into analytical frameworks
