Construction Project Manager - High Rise

Toronto, ON Full time CA$140,000 - CA$165,000 / year

About the role

Manage high-rise residential construction projects in the Toronto market from planning through completion. This is a permanent position with a construction management firm.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day construction activities with general contracting and construction management teams.
- Review project plans and schedules and track progress against project requirements.
- Address issues affecting planned construction activities and monitor milestones.
- Coordinate site work and decisions with project partners, and provide project updates.

Qualifications

- Experience managing high-rise residential construction projects.
- Project management experience in construction delivery within a general contractor or construction management environment; owner's representative experience is not the target background.
- Experience coordinating construction activities across project stages and reviewing plans, schedules, and progress.

Compensation and benefits

Salary: $140,000–$165,000 CAD per year, plus benefits, vacation, and bonus.
