Lead food and beverage operations at Calypso Waterpark in Limoges, Ontario, overseeing outlets, guest service, and seasonal performance. This permanent, full time position reports to the General Manager.

As Food and Beverage Director, you will direct quick-service restaurants, bars, catering, concessions, vending, and special events. The position combines strategic leadership with operational management across a seasonal waterpark serving hundreds of thousands of visitors. You will guide menus, staffing, financial performance, safety, quality, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations across all food and beverage outlets
- Develop seasonal menus, promotions, pricing, and revenue strategies
- Manage scheduling, training, performance, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Monitor budgets, forecasts,



labor costs, and profitability
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, licensing, and occupational compliance

Requirements:

- Three to five years of progressive food and beverage management experience
- Experience leading large teams and multi-unit operations
- Strong financial, analytical, leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with point-of-sale and inventory management systems
- Weekend, holiday, extended-hours, outdoor, and seasonal availability
