Coordinate maintenance planning and industrial purchasing as an MRO Buyer in Windsor, Ontario, supporting a manufacturing operation full time.

This permanent MRO Buyer / Maintenance Planner role reports to the Maintenance Manager. You will combine MRO procurement, spare parts inventory management, preventive maintenance scheduling, and maintenance coordination. The position supports material availability, organized maintenance activities, and reduced production downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance schedules
- Prepare work orders, job plans, and weekly schedules
- Manage purchasing for parts, tools, lubricants, and supplies
- Maintain critical inventory, reorder points, and stock levels
- Source suppliers,



negotiate pricing, and monitor deliveries

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of purchasing experience
- Minimum three years of maintenance planning experience
- MRO purchasing and industrial spare parts inventory experience
- Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic components
- Familiarity with CMMS, ERP, and inventory systems
