As Senior Industrial Designer, you will guide Product Designers and shape product strategy from concept through implementation. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, production, installers, and other stakeholders. The work spans user research, design concepts, prototypes, manufacturing information, and product improvement. DIRTT serves workplace, healthcare, education, and public sector markets with physical products and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor Product Designers and provide guidance supporting team success
- Determine design strategy, requirements, and direction for products
- Generate concepts, present proposals,



and lead design critiques
- Create 3D models, CAD drawings, prototypes, and manufacturing information
- Collaborate across teams from concept through production

Requirements:

- Degree, diploma, or equivalent in an applicable design discipline
- Ten or more years of product design experience
- Solid portfolio and successful product launch experience
- Manufacturing experience and proficiency with 3D design tools
- Knowledge of design for manufacturability, materials, and processes
