Purpose of the position

Domaine Harmonie, a welcoming private seniors' residence located in Boucherville, is seeking a General Manager for a full-time day shift position.Reporting to the regional management and working with the on-site team, the General Manager's responsibilities include planning, organizing, and directing all of the residence's activities while ensuring a work workplace that fosters employee growth and engagement.

Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

- Work with heart and provide high-level customer service
- Receive feedback from residents and treat them as opportunities for improvement
- Set and ensure quality standards for each service
- Manage budgets and ensure the profitability of the property
- Mobilize teams and maintain employee engagement




- Ensure the optimization of human resources in a context of operational and financial efficiency
- Leader of internal management committees and attending various meetings of the organization
- Evaluate the executives under his responsibility and lead the annual evaluation processes
- All other related tasks.

Required qualifications :

- Relevant experience in the field of RPA and/or operations management
