Lead finance operations through ERP expertise, month-end close, and reporting as a Plant Controller supporting plants and Central division.

Reporting to the Director, Finance (West), this Controller leads and develops the accounting team. The work spans financial reporting, operational analysis, internal controls, cash flow, and process improvement. It supports a customer service-oriented, business partner culture within Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Finance team members
- Coordinate month-end closing and resolve emerging issues
- Manage general ledger functions and chart of accounts
- Oversee ERP configuration, troubleshooting, mapping, and period closing
- Prepare financial statements, reconciliations,



and reporting packages

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration
- Qualified Accounting Designation and five years post-designation experience
- Knowledge of Canadian GAAP and federal financial regulations
- Advanced or expert Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with ERP and automated financial reporting systems
