Lead high-rise residential construction in Halifax as a Director, overseeing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project delivery. This full time role is primarily site-based.

Our client seeks an experienced senior construction leader for large-scale multi-residential projects. You will guide operations from mobilization through commissioning and turnover. The position requires high-rise experience, financial management, and multidisciplinary team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead construction operations through commissioning, closeout, and final turnover
- Maintain approved budgets, schedules, contracts, and quality standards
- Manage forecasts, cash flow, commitments, and change orders
- Lead Project Managers, General Superintendents, and site personnel




- Enforce Nova Scotia OHS programs, inspections, and corrective actions

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of progressive construction industry experience
- Significant leadership experience in large-scale multi-residential construction
- High-rise residential experience in senior management capacity
- Projects valued at $50 million or greater
- Knowledge of construction financial management and safety requirements
