Coordinate equipment repairs for Toromont Cat in Thunder Bay, using service scheduling and customer communication to keep work moving accurately. This is a full-time, permanent position.

As Service Advisor, you will provide technical direction and accountability for repair scheduling across internal and external service teams. You will collaborate with Supervisors and Coordinators while maintaining quotes, timelines, process flow, and work-in-progress processing. The position supports Caterpillar equipment service operations and customer follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Update and manage Service Scheduler accurately and promptly
- Schedule machine repairs and preventative maintenance for Technicians
- Coordinate deadlines with Supervisors, MSRs, and PSSRs




- Support customers during and after machine repairs
- Review WIP daily for invoicing and key indicator metrics

Requirements:

- Minimum post-secondary education
- Minimum five years of service operations experience
- Ability to coordinate internal and external repair teams
- Ability to maintain accurate quotes, timelines, and process flow
- Ability to support secure, environmentally sound work behaviours
