As a Senior Manager, you will support pre-deal due diligence, carve-out planning, and post-deal integration. You will guide technology value creation across industries while developing client relationships and business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead integration planning and execution through Integration Management Offices
- Direct carve-out and divestiture planning through Carve-out Management Offices
- Identify, validate, and realize transaction synergies
- Develop Transitional Services Agreements and M&A; playbooks
- Lead teams, pursuits, client outreach, and market development
Requirements:
- Graduate or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- Eight to ten-plus years in qualified services or related tracks
- Previous management consulting experience required
- Merger integration, acquisition, divestiture, or carve-out excellence
- Trusted IT advisory experience with executive stakeholders
